Dirt/marks between joins of layered/laminated quartz benchtop

Hey there,
I just moved into a new place with an amazingly large kitchen. The benchtops appear to Quantum Quartz with a layered/laminated edge. What I've noticed which is a bit odd is that the joins between the edge slabs are very visible. I've seen quite a number of other kitchens with thick edge profiles but never noticed the joins.
I think it might be due to dirt and other grime accumulating in the joins, and it seems to be more visible in the corners. If I run my fingernail over these areas I can feel it slightly catch.
Does anyone know how to safely clean these joins or if I need to get someone in to polish the edges?
