Interior wall paint dilemma

Hello. The response to my first post was so helpful, thought I’d try it again.
What was a skirting problem (resolved) has quickly turned into a ’we need to paint the walls’ problem. Not being DIY people this has caused mass confusion. The choices are overwhelming! Do you think we are on the right track?
We have chosen to do trims & interior doors the same colour as the walls, although different strength & gloss (small rooms & narrow hallway). Ceiling to be white. Our floors are lemon spotted gum, furniture is overall dark wood, navy blue & black. Current wall colour is Dulux Hog Bristle quarter (ok but too ‘creamy’). First instinct is to go with a warm white like British Pants Frosted Window, or a neutral like Taubmans Pebble Bay half strength or maybe Dulux Linseed half strength. On the right track?
