If I’m understanding correctly you have a 3m wall to place the cabinet against, I would allow 300mm at each end therefore have the cabinet a max. of 2.4m, which is a fairly standard measurement (4 x 600mm Besta cabs). The 2.1m unit you’ve shown would also work, centred would leave 450mm on each end, room for an indoor plant for example. Colour would depend on your decor, white is safe, although green would tone down the orangeness of the floor.

Draw up a scale plan with your lounge. How will you centre the tv to the lounge. It may be not be centred on the wall. If it is offset to the left then add a vertical element on the right to balance. E.g tall plant or group of pictures up the wall,
This will help you work out size of unit.

The bottom pic is the actual staged room ? I absolutely love the floor -- such a warm rich colour ! Assuming your grey L couch is similar condition to that one , I'd follow most of their cues .

I dislike units where a join can be seen though , and if you are wall mounting the TV , I reckon you are better to have just 1 of those units ( there looks to be 2 in the picture ) . The white vcertainly works and would be my choice , the timber ones look really smart ( especially the unnamed one with the $1549 pricetag ) but I'd be worried they won't stand out enough . Likewise , a really dark brown or black solid timber would work ( see the one under the B & W picture ) , BUT there are some really cheap and nasty dark veneer or vinyl units that look good for a month , and that has cheapened the genuine ones IMO .

I like the mono tones they've used , BUT again in that staged room , I would have done a fluffy bright red rug instead of the pretty nothing one they went for -- black , white , your grey , and a red rug would add some real wow !

But pottsy it would have been staged to complement that stunning view.

I will be the first to admit I know nothing about staging , but my attitude would be to make a visitor , or potential buyer , go wow at the room , then wow at the view , or vice versa , rather than downplay one or the other .

I absolutely love the top unit from interiors secret, I would mount it on the wall , you can add shelving if you like and strip lighting for a bit of drama, in choosing a tv unit I would definitely go white to fit seamlessly into this beautiful space, love your floors and fabulous view, gorgeous room.

I do like that one and the idea of wall mounting. I asked my partner about getting a unit wall mounted however he said we would need to know where the beams are I might look into it.
