Hican i know which rug will match the living room?Any advice on the cushions that will match. Thanks
Yet again , I'll be the weird one .
You look at those pictures , and to be blunt , everything looks bland , with 2 exceptions -- the yellow cushion , and the yellow scrunchie or ball or whatever it is .
A yellow rug would look modern , but I would like something with yellow as a main colour , but in swirls or ripples or waves , not just a plain yellow rug .
Look at all the geometric rugs , and imagine every 4th or 6th square in a mid yellow . I'd double down by adding a mid blue too or even a mix of mid and light blue , but I guess thats just me -- I know it's easy to say I don't like boring , but that's because I don't . In fact , look at the cushion -- and imagine it 1.8 x 1.4mtrs ! Not 100% the look I imagine in my head , but even that would be preferable to any of the other options shown IMO .
And of course , a couple more cushions similar to the existing one , and a couple of plain ( but pleasantly textured ) yellow ones . A little ray of sunshine instead of a muddy mix .
The second last pic has the right size rug but I’m not sold on the style. Could we have some wider shots of the room? What style are you after?
all of them will be big size.I just brought the little ones because the big sizes wouldn't fit in the car. Please find attached layout of living room

Dont have any style in mind to be honest.Just want the living room to have a modern look.
The geometric patterns don’t suit the room and the abstract ones aren’t quite right either. Would you consider a more neutral one, that adds texture but sits “quietly” in the room. Miss Amara has some great ones and has a special at the moment. The pic is one of their wool ones. If the price point is too high, have a look at Temple and Webster for similar.
These cushions are from Walter G. Do you like these colours?
I actually like the geometric square inside a square rug. I think the size is right too - if it were placed under the lounge. As for cushions I’d definitely go subtle on pattern, different textures would be fine. As for colour use the heart/radio wave (jagged) pattern rug for inspiration eg, cream, brown and a bit of dusky blue.
3 is my pic but larger size
Plantation shutters are enabled with slats that are prepared from real wood materials and faux wood mostly that can be used to tilt upon for getting fresh air and the needed sunlight while sliding the slats that enable to cool the room during summer and an opposite the reaction during winter from Australian Window Covering, Melbourne.
What a beautiful room and outlook, I would keep it neutral , a textured rug, and choose unique furniture to compliment, cane would look gorgeous, try linens and textured cushions to add very stylish warm look.
