ckat0076, you are most welcome. The porcelain tiles are fantastic. I have always been a wood floors lover and have lived with wooden floorboards for 20 years. But I must say the tiles are sensational, they have just been the best option for our family. You do not have to worry about anything happening to them, yesterday I dragged a big sideboard across the floors and no marks. No more worrying about water on boards. The only thing I could say is the tile I chose turned out to be lighter, when laid over the large floor space. The sample tile looked darker. I cannot remember if your house is a new build or a renovation as we had to have a 15mm screed under the tile. If you have any questions at all, I am happy to answer honestly.

Attach are photos. I have been told by 3 different bathroom / plumbing co's it is not mould. They have scraped out some grout, put new grout in & the dark stain has come through again. The builders warranty expired Nov 2015. The builder passed away about a year ago but his wife is still alive & she was co-builder / co-vendor. But, as I'm out of warranty not sure if I have a leg to stand on. It has been suggested that the experts scrape out all the grout, silicon the bit where the stains are & re-grout & maybe the rusty nail stain doesn't break through the silicon / new grout. Can the wrong nails be used in wet rooms that has therefore rusted? Is there normally special nails for wet rooms? Has anyone heard of a 10 year builders warranty - standards & tolerances - for major defects; possibly like this? Thank You. It's very annoying I must say.

You can select a mosaic tile that is already laid in herringbone fashion - usually available in smaller tiles of better quality material like marble, or you can select individual rectangular tiles - depending on the proportions of the tile (ie 100 x 200 or longer and thinner like 50 x 400mm), this will give you an entirely different look that you need to be able to visualise to make a final decision.
