Your home looks like it may be 'vintage' so you may not want to paint the doors if they are in good condition but you may want to frame them. Have some fun in your hallway with some colour. After all you don't spend that much time there and it is the first impression everyone will have of your home when they walk in. Paint the trim one colour and the walls another. As others have said put some 'pop' in the area with what you hang on the walls. Perhaps you have a favourite painting or picture that can give you the inspiration for the colours to use.

I like the bottom left one in the first pic of the set of three you posted. What colours do you plan in rest of the house? The second sample in your first post has some nice colours that you could pick up as accents.

Another amateur vote for Powdered Rock. I wonder what Double Strength Powdered Rock would look like. I recall the old adage: choose the colour you REALLY like and halve the strength for interior and double it for exterior. The outside colours tend to get lost. Might be interesting. Though of course the choice of exterior depth of colour is dictated by need for either reflection for heat reduction or absorption for warmth. And contradicting myself, really dark colours tend to fade more apparently over many years, making touch up matching more tricky, though modern paint lasts for so many years if well applied. I did get a guy out to give me a quote on cleaning and painting the roof. He said he will have to quote it using scaffolding because of the steep roof. That was a couple of weeks ago, but haven't heard back from him yet. I have seen some bad paint jobs of terracotta tiles so am a bit nervous about getting it painted. I wouldn't mind if my tiles were just slightly darker like yours rather than orange, but I do know that the darker they are, the more they will hold heat and Brisbane is hot.
