Our clients were renting a lower level apartment in this gorgeous Burleigh Heads Apartment block and knew this was the perfect location for their family to live after repatriating back from Bali. When this stunning penthouse on the top level of the building came up for sale, they couldn't say no to the extra rooftop space and 360 beach views it boosted.
As a growing family, with two active teenagers, they needed to make a few updates before moving in. A general update of the kitchen cabinetry and living area were undertaken, as well as increasing storage to ensure there was a place for everything. We designed and built custom cabinetry to house the tv area and ensure the design blended seamlessly with the kitchen.

It was also important that it included a home office, as due to COVID working from home would be the norm for months to come. This also meant a lot of zoom meetings for our clients so we needed to make sure a beautiful backdrop would always be present no matter where they decided to work from.
We first freshened up the apartment with an all-over paint job, updated the kitchen cabinetry colours and handles, we brought in new furniture, lighting, and artwork, along with ensuring we were able to tie in a few existing pieces of the client's own. We also added custom joinery to create a functional and compact office nook.
