POLL: Do you have a home bar?
Comments (21)We love our bar and so do our neighbours with many Friday night fizzies. It opens up to our entertaining area, and doubles as a kids area during the day. For parties and impromptu gatherings we push the lounge back against the wall and open the folding doors and when its getting late the doors get closed and it is quite sound proof so the music can be cranked. Standard heights are usually 900mm or 943mm - 943mm more common when a bench runs into a window because it works with brick coursing heights. My bench/breakfast bar is 943mm and is comfortable to sit at and eat with stools underneath. It's the photos of the North Beach home on my profile for reference. Hope that helps!...See MoreYay or Nay? Breakfast bars
