Before & After: A Family Kitchen

This was a full-scale renovation, with our clients wanting to transform their dated and non-functional kitchen and Laundry space.

Their current space was not suitable for this family of 5 as they needed a lot more storage and were after more of a modern design that would last for years to come. We specified an 8 burner cooktop as they are big into cooking and needed a large stovetop not just for their own family but when entertaining.

We ripped out the old floor and laid new American Oak floors. The island bench was designed to allow for more working space and to accommodate space for the 3 children to sit at when eating.

We increased the size of the Pantry which is to the left of the kitchen, through a seamless double door to the left of the Laundry. The laundry room size was reduced but still provided the same functionality it once had. This change allowed us to add another powder room to one end.

The family was blown away with the final results and look forward to hosting lots of dinner parties and making memories.
