Removing/Preventing mould on south facing wall

I have a south-facing exterior wall which is finished in Weathertex with Taubmans SunProof paint. It is showing quite a lot of staining with a greenish mould (I assume that is what it is). There is also some of this mould showing on the driveway concrete in the same area (also quite shaded).
I am after some advice on the best ways to:
1. Do a short-term clean of the mould. It is up quite high so it is difficult to get a hard scrub happening - I am using an extended pole with a brush for now.
2. Remove the mould and kill it to the point where the wall is ready to re-paint.
3. Re-paint the wall with a suitably mould resistant finish.
Thanks
Kate
