Height of wall hung vanity from floor?

Hi there
I am trying to work out how high to put our new wall hung vanity. We have a 1500mm(L) x 540mm (h), with two top mounted vessel basins that are 140mm deep (high - ie bottom of basin to top of basin). I am unsure how high off the floor to hang these. I have been recommended a height of 240mm from the floor, which would take the overall height from floor to top of the basin to 920mm. But the vanity benchtop would be at 780mm and I am not sure if this is too high or too low. Would love some advice please.
