Hi,

Got a some new kitchen cabinets installed, and they all work great, except for the 2 large cutlery drawers.

They are large (75 cm by 10 cm), and soft close and push to open using Blum components.

Problem is if I don't give them a reasonable push to close then they bounce back open and don't close. So if I push hard they close, but if I push softly they nearly close but then bounce back (like theyhit a spring or something)

The plate drawers under them are not push to open but are Blum soft close and work perfectly.

Kitchen company says this is normal with push to open soft close.

Are they correct ?
