I would grab a bunch of colourbond swaths from bunnings in popular colours (Monument, surfmist, classic cream , evening haze, paper bark etc). Then walk around the neighbourhood (or whereever new developments are cropping up) and see what schemes you like that have red brick incorporated into to them. When you see one you like see if you can match it to your swaths :)
I personally like a mix of a light browny cream(not sure of the colour) with monument and red brick - it looks practical (not too glary or hard to keep clean) and timeless.
Personally I would not be painting the window frames. The frames are not terrible, and painting them would lead to ongoing maintenance. It also is a big job to paint aluminium windows correctly. And if your having screens installed, they will be covered up anyway.
Dreamer we painted our aluminium window frames 10 years ago and they still look great, bit fiddly , masking etc. but well worth it, used Dulux weather shield and it’s lasted the distance
