we love our choice of tile and out ceaser stone turbine grey throughout but worried they clash specifically in the walk in pantry and laundry? any ideas? thanks, hayley
I'd leave them. I think that they're not meant to match and tonally they're pretty similar. Once you have other things in the rooms you won't notice it at all.
Yes they do clash. But unless you’re thinking about pulling them out and starting again I think you’ll just need to proceed and finish the rooms. Add some greenery, texture and white in your finishing touches.
They do appear to clash looking at the photos, but you both love them so that's what matters, keep fittings towels etc simple, timber shelves in Laundry will help add warmth.
What colour are the cabinets, they look black and the benchtop Green?
How do I make my new house look like a finished, cosy home?
How do I make my pool and pergola thing look inviting ??
Clash of the flooring, UGH! Staining a merbau deck
How do I make my open-plan room more contemporary?
Once the basins and tap work are installed, this may break up the fact that they do clash.
The cabinets are like a off black if rhat makes sense and bench tops are turbine grey. thinking of pulling the tile splashback in walk in pantry and laundry and leaving bathroom as it doesnt look bad in there for some reason. thouhts ? would painting the splashback a solid colour be out of the question for walk in pantry/ laundry?
I would go with what you have, once it is all fitted out it won't be as noticable.
I think the white sink makes the bathroom work better as it lifts the bench to match the white In the tiles. So in laundry add some white accessories, like detergent container.
