I definitely agree that timber/sea grass/ rattan stools would go well & add some warmth! I honestly don't know about the lights though. I think if it was me I'd stick with stainless & minimal modern for the pendant lighting as that would suit the rest of the kitchen. Then just use other accessories like the stools & a wooden fruit bowl or something to add the warmth.

Then I would stay away from metal legs/support which may look too modern, but you can stick to a contemporary look with timber legs to add some warmth to the kitchen and tie in with the dining set, I would suggest something along those lines:

Hi Jess, gorgeous kitchen, those stools are really nice especially the first one , I love stools that fit under countertop line so as not to break up flow of kitchen, it’s really a matter of taste and to have what you love.I am sure whatever you choose will look beautiful.
