How can I improve the ugly facade of my 1970s house?
Help! Should I render or paint my 1970s facade?

Similar example, looks fine.
I’d look at interior to see how windows both up and down work. Sometimes some wall space provides a corner for accessories, protects from sunlight etc.
Also think about how your window coverings. Windows blind etc will sit
imo it would look better proportioned with narrower sliding doors and allow stackback space for curtains on either side ..at least the same amount of wall on each side as the small upstairs window
Yeah I agree oklouise, my husband keeps wanting this way tho :( I’ll let him have it but I’ll instal plantation shutters to make it a little nicer .
The thing that stands out to me is the downstairs widow with the horizontal division I would make that window 3 panels with both end panels opening, sliding could work.
happy husband is sometimes more important than happy wife
Thank you !!!!! I change changed the window type for downstairs and removed that horizontal line . Looks more symmetrical. Thank u for pointing it out
