Has anyone done a renovation on a Monocrete (Concrete wall) house?

Hi there,
My building and pest inspector has just informed me that the walls of a prospective purchase are made out of concrete. Looks to be a process designed to produce houses cheaply and quickly back in the 1950s https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monocrete_construction
Has anyone ever had experience renovating one of these 1950s post-war houses?
I'm particularly worried about how much it will cost to do a remodel and just general electrical work.
Regards,
Mark
