Hi Sarah Smith, I had a look on the Bunnings site and I thought this tap would look great with your sink. It has the retractable component you're looking for and I thought had the same sort of style but not knowing what the rest of your kitchen looks like it's just a thought. I have a pull out tap for my kitchen sink and I find it really handy. In regards to retractable taps having to be replaced this is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for". I definitely agree that timber/sea grass/ rattan stools would go well & add some warmth! I honestly don't know about the lights though. I think if it was me I'd stick with stainless & minimal modern for the pendant lighting as that would suit the rest of the kitchen. Then just use other accessories like the stools & a wooden fruit bowl or something to add the warmth.

i bought a cheap pull out tap to see if i would use it enough to justify the investment in a better quality one...your tap is much better looking (very happy with my pull out tap in the laundry: excellent for washing my little dog but not sure how much i would use it in the kitchen as it creates some overspray if i'm not very careful)

Hi Khanh.... thanks for this. It appears that by looking at a lot of the Houzz pictures with kitchens on an already existing beige floor, it looks good to have a similar colour cupboard door, but have a darker bench top and splash back/tiles to off-set the beige colour? however any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
