For the walk in robe you want to have maximum storage that will suite your clothing, shoes hand bags etc. Take in to account what is worn more often? How much room do you need for long hanging for dresses and the like, Do you have a lot of business shirts or only tee shirts, suites generally need a bit more length to hang? Your height is also something that is overlooked, tall people may be disappointed with the industry standards for heights of top shelves, as long shirts will not fit well in double hanging, therefor the height of the top shelf may need to be raised to allow for more length in your double hanging. A top shelf should be no less than 1950mm high. New homes are often fitted with one top shelf at 1700 to 1800 high in the wardrobes, this is too low to include double hanging. Drawers may not be necessary in a walk in robes if you have a tall boy or chest of drawers in the bedroom. The walk in robe is best left for maximum hanging and shelves for hand bags shoes and foldable clothing, Some accessories like pull out pant racks can be an advantage but some just take up too much space. my son and daughter in law have a similar bathtub arrangement with the bathtub window right down to the edge of the tub so you can admire the view when laying back in the bath, they have plantation shutters that fold back against the wall when necessary but, even when the shutter doors are closed over the window the angled blades still allow the view to be seen..they've used the same tiles on floor and the horizontal surfaces around the bath with all the walls, including the walls of the bathtub, in a different tile..the wall tiles are plain and floor tiles patterned and with the matching patterned tile on the ledge around the bath it gives the whole room a gorgeous finish...good luck with the final stages of your reno

I have literally spent hours looking at it shaking my head! To answer your questions… yes, the house is on a slab, we are a family of 5, no space can be taken from other rooms (we are full!), not so sure of budget as depends on ideas, view from bay windows is beautiful, bed is king size and currently goes on the same wall as the toilet and is probably best there for views etc. we have even thought of putting in another window on that wall to go above the bed because the view out of the current ensuite window is nice too. it;s unrealistic to expect to be able to squeeze an extra bathroom and wir into such a small space and also add a toilet into the other bathroom.. based on available information the toilet and hall is about 3.5m long but needs to lose at least 1m to allow for a new bedroom doorway and then fit in a shower at least 90cm, plus a tiny handbasin about 60cm and a toilet at least 80 cms (including knee space) to leave almost no standing room for a very skinny adult, there's no leftover space for a wardrobe in the hallway and also need to lose another meter off the existing biw or relocate the whole biw to the other side of the bedroom...and any guest would have to use the toilet in the master bedroom, as there's not enough space in the other bathroom to fit a second toilet ...a builder might do it for you but i would be very disappointed with the result and horrified at the cost for so little...my suggestion moves four doors and updates the existing bathroom by creating a separate powder room and more convenient access to the existing bathroom ...changing access to the linen cabinet makes the living area easier to furnish and there's alternate locations for the heater and ideas for a fresh new kitchen
