Have been talking to multiple builders around my first floor additions project and all of them are fairly concrete to tell my 500k budget is making sense and doable BUT prepare for the variation on top of that.
No single builder can give me a ballpark figure how much extra are we talk about...5%? 10%? or 25% more?
Amid the economic and supply chain uncertainty these days, how much variation you will be preparing (if you were me) for if the actual build work is to be started at around Q2 2023.
Again - bottom line is that we are fully aware any change after design is locked down or any fitting upgrade etc. We do not intend to exercise any of those....
