You are looking at a facade that is not yet finished. With landscaping it will finish the overall facade. The brickwork above garage door will not be as noticeable with finished landscaping. The timber look door you have selected will also make the facade completely different. Have you also chosen a timber door? You have a wonderful looking home. Be patient and trust your selections and wait for everything to be finished.

At the moment, the only part of your home facade that is finished is the brickwork. The SLOPING block will just need good landscaping to allow for the change of level.

First time builder, if you look at the door of yellow toilet in your photo, this would be similar render colour of your Dulux Bygone. As I posted earlier, There is still a lot of change to the facade that’s needed. The very tall brick wall above the garage that your concerned about will be a nice break to the dark render. The brick will be a feature.

A modern pergola type structure in the window colour across the top of the garage would break up the tall expanse of brick. With an evergreen vine.

I absolutely love your beautiful home, once finished and with great landscaping all your concerns will evaporate.. it’s going to look beautiful.
