2 toilets should be fine. I think you should move main bath entry to hall and release the small entryway to be used to enlarge the ensuite. But first you need to measure up the spaces and add dimensions to the plan

two toilets should be plenty in a three bedroom house and you will be horrified at the cost of renovating two bathrooms so no need to change in the laundry or external door is a bonus but the dimensions on your plans are inconsistent and you need to add dimensions for every space including kitchen, hallway, bathroom, toilet, ens and inside biw and storage cupboards to have a better understanding of floor areas for every room for planning renovations as well as furniture arrangements and calculating sizes of bathroom fixtures, floor coverings and even for paint quantities but, assuming average existing room sizes, my suggestion has a bigger ensuite, bathroom and storage using more economical standard sized fixtures (or reuse some of the old fixtures?) without impacting present location of windows and the new bathroom vanity with matching mirror doored wall cabinet will provide more storage for toiletries as well as adding reflected light into the room

The main bath door opens directly into the toilet though?

 The reason I didn't want to have the main bath door in the hallway is because it will be directly opposite the bedroom door. I can open the bedroom door where the storage near the entrance is though

You have to pick your battles when renovating. The option from OKL works for the spaces. The option you’ve sketched doesn’t fit in the spaces. The OKL option would also be about 1/2 the price of your sketch.

The 1920 width of the bathroom will not fit a bath then the vanity WC opposite, Bath 800, WC 650, vanity deep 500, walkway?,, sorry just saw your idea to position bath across under window then vanity and WC between it and the door? plus depending on Vanity choice walkway would again be narrow

You’re creating a bigger problem of a long public walk to the toilet before or after a shower etc. It’s a more minor issue if the bedroom and bathroom doors are opposite each other. But you know how you live best.
