Looking at replacing my old and unloved deck. Builder is pushing ekodeck. I like the look of it on the Bunnings shelf :) But after some research I have concerns:
Some report scratching to be a real issue - we have a big Golden Retriever as well as the usual outdoor furniture which isn't always moved with care by the teens!
Heat - some of the deck will be in full sun, although most is undercover. Whilst I understand a 'pro' is it doesn't weather, somewhat concerned by reports of it getting really hot
Aestheics - does it look like plastic over time, or maintain it's almost timber-like effect?
Thanks
Kate
