Any ideas on the decor for this fireplace. I placed a mirror and some vases on the left. It feels bare - any ideas

Comments (13)"aluminium windows" I think the existing colour works fine so you could replicate that. Or timber-look aluminium to continue the timber theme but in a low-maintenance material. You can even get different colours on the interior and exterior these days if that helps. Importantly for a cold climate which I'm guessing you have with your heating, you'll want double glazing and if you're going aluminium rather than UPVC make sure it's the 'thermally broken' type....See More

Some branches as per Julie’s inspiration pics would add some height. I’d shuffle the black vases over a bit so they overlap the mirror a bit more. We want them to look like friends.
