Comments (3)Like Dr Retro, I’m not aware of such a paint product, which is not surprising given you are making 2 big asks for the paint: Firstly, for external flooring which would be subject to abuse/harsh conditions from foot traffic, furniture (eg chair scrapes) and weather. Secondly, to the surface you want to apply to as this is a much harder for the paint to latch onto. If you do find a possible paint solution I would love to hear about it. If there isn’t such a product at least in the lounging/dining areas of your deck you could put a large outdoor rug to detract and shift focus away from the decking colour. Comments (19)Done a rough design up. Had a concrete guy over yesterday for the concrete under the tiles. He suggested making the "rock garden" go all around the tiled area for water run-off. I've modelled this very much on the inspiration picture from my last post but with the dark brown decking rather than the red. Would I need to take the decking colour into consideration when doing any interior designing?...See MoreIdeas please on what colour to paint deck.
Comments (6)I'm not a huge fan of that yellowy beige , but I can understand why you'd keep it . I can also understand getting rid of the other tones . Personally though , I'd get rid of the red in preference to painting the decking -- I am a fan of wood that you can see is wood haha . Plus I think it looks great , whereas the red not so much . So I'd want to know the new white and blue tones and maybe work in with them -- lets face it , red white and blue is probably best left for another country haha . So maybe change the red for a different but complimentary blue , or go charcoal or similar ....See More- last year
