given the time and assuming no asbestos and after any electrical and water connections have been removed i'd be quite happy to undertake this demolition myself or hire a handyperson for a few days labour and would expect the biggest costs would be labour say $500 per day, hire suitable tools to cut steel posts and nails, screws, roofing and timber into manageable lengths and break up slab if necessary plus fees to be rid of the rubbish (hire a skip from about $250pw)..say at least least $2000+ to take care of all the work myself but you should be able to locate a specialist demoltion company that would be able to demolish and arrange for recyclying of any useful materials...ask your builder for a recommendation
