I need to repair a section of textured plasterboard with like a slightly flattened popcorn effect (from the 1940s) where a fixed wardrobe was removed. The edge of the wardrobe had been sealed with gap filler, which when removed ,took lengths of paint and texture with it. There were also some blobs of old construction adhesive which when chipped off had a similar result. I have previously rolled and a larger section of new plasterboard on a separate all with success, but I am not sure how to tackle this smaller job. Any advice appreciated.
