Make carport into master and ensuite linking in to part of wir. Keep part of wir for robe in existing bedroom and steel a little space of right hand wall to create robe in adjacent bedroom That gives 3 beds. The smalest bedroom becomes study/ storage. The corner bed/living could become a private bedroom but living space is good.

the carport space would be enough for a bedroom and ens but would have to be completely rebuilt so maybe consider alternate locations or size but the granny flat dimensions don't appear to be big enough for the stated purposes so my suggestions also include some ideas for the granny flat that include biw for the flat as well as beds 3 and 4 and the existing wiw is added to the new master suite and maybe consider adding basin to the toilet and doors for the hallway also improves sound and thermal zoning

I’d probably look at enclosing the carport too, that’s usually the easiest way to add a proper extra bedroom/bathroom without messing up the flow of the main house. For rooms 3 and 5, if you’ve got some backyard space you could push the walls out a bit to give them more size and add built-ins at the same time. Otherwise, combining one of the smaller rooms into a bigger one could work better long term than keeping two tiny ones. Depends on budget, but carport conversion + small extension sounds like the most practical route.
