Taj Mahal (replica) benchop

Hi, does anyone have a recommendation for complementarry cabinetary (in Polytec or Laminex) to Tai Mahal - looking at Smartstone. Ii need to find both the right tones in timber and white to achieve an earthy/organic feel - lighter like a Boston Oak vs anything such walnut.

Also at a loss as to which cabinets/island should be timber vs white. not doing an integrated fridge so it will be a dark grey.

This is an AI generated image roughly showing the layout. should back be all timber/ white island, or all base cabinets timber wirh tall & overheads in white?

So confused and need to sign off on everything in 2 days! thank you!!!!

You mock up looks fine. I always have a preference for the darker colour to be on the bottom in designs. Your bench would pop more on the timber but then you run into a possible clash with the floor. Is that an accurate portrayal of your flood material and colour?

Thank you - i prefer timber on e bottom as well, so are you suggesting all base cabinets in timber? i wanted to do fluting on the back of the island so could do that in timber too. And none of the colours are accurate - just an idea of the layout . floors will be a lighter coliur called ” pure oak”.

My kitchen ideas book has some timber and white photos so take a look in my profile. Good luck

I think it looks wonderful as you have depicted in your mock up. Normally I prefer the timber on the island but in your case, the island being all white stands out against the timber floor, so clean and crisp and looks stunning.
