We have recently moved into a 100 year old home and through the day we mainly use our office and what we call back room, which is main entry for guests or gathering point when we entertain between outside and kitchen. We cannot move the wood fire. Flooring is polished jarrah floorboards and whisper white paint coloured walls. Our small dog also sleeps in her bed in this area (between fire and office, but can be moved). We want to have a 70 inch TV and seating (as much as possible). The buffet in the diagram is approximately 1800 long, can be moved or removed. The window is nailed shut with no intent of opening them and has shutters for aesthetics. Thoughts are also running around in our heads to have like a breakfast bar of some description with bar style seating (I'm really struggling to find pictures to envisage this aspect).
Room is approximately 6m long by 3.5m wide.
