Would a "Monument" colourbond roof deter prospective buyers in SEQ?

Although the dark charcoal colour of Monument is stylish and suggested by a builder mate - do sub-tropical house-buyers think it's a negative feature? Our home is a double brick Colonial and ready for a new roof & Anticon insulation - sitting on 1.5ac and not affecting another home - Roof is only visible at the front as land drops away.

check YourHome.Gov about the impact of different roof colours on internal temperatures and i wouldn't have a Monument coloured roof in any part of the country but photos of the existing house may help with suggestions

I think a light coloured roof would look stunning. Something like surfmist, this colour combination is really beautiful.
