With the brick and other elements to your wonderful outdoor area, I would use timber cladding, installed either vertically or horizontally. The area appears protected from the weather. The timber gives a natural and warm inviting effect. And timber will blend with the brick walls.

Or pick one of your brick colours and render it

I’d pick a dark colour from your bricks and is a render-like texture paint as the simplest option.

But the timber battens with a wood to match the fans could also be an option. Not stone unless you have it somewhere else also.

You have spent money and time getting a very big structure for a television. So it depends on budget as well. You could simply paint the new structure, easy and cheap. Or add interest with timber battens. Which is more expensive. With such a big structure, have you or are you going to incorporate storage as well?

Hi dreamer, there is storage behind it from the inside of house. Budget is no concern as it is a small area to cover. I was originally focused on stone cladding but am concerned introducing new patterns due to surrounding bricks and stencilled concrete floor. So any ideas is worth considering 😊

Great to know the internal space of structure is not wasted. I would not add another pattern. I would choose timber.

You do have a lot of pattern already including texture in your furniture. But ultimately this vertical wall will be a feature so pick what you love

What a fabulous area, there are so many possibilities, add the warmth of timber as suggested, or vj panels, render dark to pick up the black light fitting and fans or a concrete effect or timber panels in a grey that ties in with furniture, whichever way you go it’s going to be a fantastic space.
