We are creating a 2 story living zone in the last bay of our machinery shed on our hobby farm.
The dimensions are 12m x 6m. Downstairs is open plan kitchen/living/dining and bathroom. The staircase is actually in the next bay over, so have the entire 72sqm mezzanine level for bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom needs to be along the back wall because of plumbing but I have no idea how to best layout the bedrooms! This is a holiday home for myself, husband and 2 toddler sons but we entertain and host a lot so want as many beds as possible, without feeling like a dorm! We are in the hills of Western Australia so it gets very hot in summer and cold/windy during winter! I’ve got a few drafts but any help, advice or recommendations would be very appreciated!! Thank you
