What a beautiful room, table is great, I love transparent furniture also it could work well with your room, I can imagine it with your table but a more luxe look could be stainless to blend with benchtops or leather or be brave and mix it up for a more contemporary look, depends on the style you are after, fab room

For such a quirky and interesting table in a bohemian and eclectic interior I would consider a set of eight Philippe Starck Ghost Chairs. The classic lines would complement the design of your table, but the clear polycarbonate would not conceal that wonderful pedestal. In addition they are stackable, so you could stack four in a corner, and have four chairs out for everyday use.There are reproductions available, however the polycarbonate is not the same quality as the original Kartell brand, and seems to be more brittle and prone to snapping. I would wait to actually until you move into your modern home and then choose your chairs . You will be able to visualise the look better with the walls , flooring , lighting , other furniture and your art work . Keep your lovely table . Others will give you an idea as to what might suit , so you can search and mull over ideas .
