If you are unhappy with the gutter red colour next to the new roof colour, it might be better to paint the same new colour on the gutters. You can still contrast the fascia and gutter colour if you would like to...is there a third colour that you are working towards in your overall exterior colour scheme? Dulux do have Colour Consultant chats on Mondays and Fridays between 11am and 3pm EST on the Dulux website (dulux.com.au) ...you can send them photos and they can help out with scheming advice.

We rendered our 80's home, and painted the roof colorbond Shale Grey. Out of all our reno work we have done I think the rendering had the most impact. If you like the wall colour I can go back through my files. Colorbond have a great websit check it out. you are going to be amazed when your job is complete

If you re considering Colorbond colours, Shale Grey is a good light colour. Or, a darker grey is Windspray.

Thanks again dreamer. Big reader: thank you, pragmatic advice. Certainly in need of maintenance and we will likely sell the house in next 2 years. I got surfmist, shale grey and dune samples pots to try. Surfmist and Dune were too contrasting considering the surrounding trees. Actually shale grey looked quite good, but again, a lot more brighter. So likely we will stick with Hildegard
