Hi, can you please tell me the colours and finishes used here? Are the cupboards sublime teak? Is the island Ceasarstone Statuario Maximus? Also, I really like the dark charcoal cupboards - what colour are they? Thanks

Overhead cabinetry: Laminex AbsoluteMatte in Black

Front feature inset and tower cabinetry: Laminex Impressions textured surface in Sublime Teak Riven finish

Thanks very much. I didn't realise that was black - I thought it was a very dark grey, but it looks great with the sublime teak.

Hi. That looks like a well thought out and comprehensive design. While I don't mind the driveway colour as is, I think the grey will really stand out and look amazing, as well as tie all the exterior elements of your property together. I too like the edging as long as it's low enough that your mower won't hit the bricks. Looks like this project will greatly expand your useable outdoor space and, most importantly, increase enjoyment for you and your family. Best wishes!

Thanks LesleyH. These are lovely options, herringbone in particular. One of the issues thought is that we need tile floors as we have the whole wall of reddish wood adjacent to the kitchen. I think we have worked out that dark cabinetry is not going to work, which is something!

It is impossible to say without seeing the unit and understanding the natural light and the other colours. I would check out this link from Dulux, then run down to Bunnings to get some samples. https://www.dulux.com.au/colour/whites-and-neutrals/most-loved.html Dulux Vivid White always works well on 1960's trims and doors, but it would be too clinical for walls. It would not be unusual to have black knobs, handles etc and different hinges. It is personal preference though.
