We have a major leak in our main bathroom's shower area. When we get the area repaired I was looking at the option of redesigning the bathroom so we have a better layout

- Still have a bath and shower (not combined)

- Still have a separate toilet with access to tap

- Toilet door not in line of sight from the family room

- Possibility of giving space back to bedroom 3

There is a skylight in the toilet and also one in front of the vanity. And we have full access under the house.

Any suggestions?
