We have had the pleasure of working with Butter Lutz Interiors on several projects through the last couple of years. Serving as a subcontractor on large scale, totally custom-designed projects, we know how many moving parts there are to balance as the design+build team. Amy Lutz and team make the process look easy. Her willingness to dive deep into learning and understanding all of the supporting subcontractor pieces to the overall puzzle help projects go smoothly, efficiently, and presumably on time and budget. Amy is a thoughtful designer who creates beautifully livable spaces that connect the interior all the way through to the exterior which is where she has tapped into us as a resource for interior and exterior motorized shade systems. She thoughtfully combines the practical shade applications along with the elegant design schemes bringing function and form together. We appreciate the working relationship we have with Amy and her field team and would highly recommend working with her. Her client’s enthusiasm is also affirmation of the great quality of service she provides.

The very best decision we made regarding our beach house was to hire Butter Lutz. Amy and her amazing team of Rachel and Titus are incredibly gifted with what they can do with a space. They are focused, with attention to each and every detail, and can pull the most quality out of any budget. They are incredibly organized and work their tails off to give you the vision you want. They were great about listening to what was important to us, and filled in the blanks with wonderful ideas when we didn't know what we wanted. They are also fun and personable, and we were sad to see them go when the house was finished! Amy and the whole Butter Lutz team absolutely hit it out of the park for us, and we highly recommend this wonderful group.

Amy Lutz with ButterLutz Design joined with my husband and me about 4 months into the architectural planning phase. She and her team are the type of designers who you would want to help you build your dream home! They are so creative and work like a well oiled machine to deliver exactly what you need and in the time frame necessary to keep on track with the building process. Amy and her team are great interpreters of what homeowners want a home to feel like but are unable to voice it. They have become our 2nd family and we are forever grateful for them!

Working with Amy and her team was absolutely amazing. Our house would not be the house it is without her! She was very focused on budget along with our likes and dislikes. She made the selection process much easier by narrowing the options to the things she knew we liked and the things that were within our budget. Never did I feel that I was having to skimp on anything because she always did her homework and found something that was beautiful but still in the budget. From the beginning, she listened and paid attention to what I was trying to convey with our house. Something warm, livable, stylish and beautiful-our dream home!! She worked seamlessly with our project manager and subs. We were always on time and hit every deadline. I would highly recommend Amy and her team. I would definitely use her with any project that I have in the future.

A wonderful team with highly creative ideas. We lost our home to a fire and had to start over from scratch. We needed a home that could stand up to the use of a busy family with 3 boys and 2 dogs, but yet still have a sense of organization and elegance. Amy was completely fantastic! She put together the overall vision for our new home including helping us with selections including everything from cabinetry to flooring, trim work, windows, doors, hardware, lighting, countertops, plumbing fixtures, wallpaper, paint colors, etc. Once the house was built, she selected amazing draperies, fun and interesting accessories and completely beautiful and functional furnishings! Amy was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, dependable, and such a joy work with! We could not be happier with the end result--and it was all done within our budget!
