This family compound house has a resort-like feel, with all major rooms enjoying expansive ocean views. The house is configured as a U-shaped plan, located around a landscaped pool courtyard, utilising a materials palette of off-form concrete, metal wall cladding and roofs, natural stone walls and porcelain floors.

Quartzite look porcelain tiles were selected for the alfresco area, which imitate the colours and the natural variation present in Quartzite with impressive realism.
