This alterations and additions includes a kitchen, bathroom and laundry renovation, a bedroom addition, a small extension creating a rumpus room and completes with a pool. The main brief was to modernise the interiors without compromising on the traditional features of this Californian bungalow with emphasis on the large kitchen and mudroom/entry laundry. We paired flooring from Havwoods with a Dulux colour scheme of custom joinery creating a simple, classic kitchen and feature mudroom entry. The bathrooms were closely designed alongside our clients using Meir tapware, tiles from Lulo Tiles and a shiplap feature wall. The exterior architecture echoes the original frontage whilst bringing in a contemporary feel for a typical Australian indoor/outdoor living. We thoroughly enjoyed working with our clients to create this homely paradise and wish them many happy years there.
