LAGUNA HOUSE
Our latest project, LAGUNA HOUSE was all about maximising the internal spaces to bring greater functionality and modernisation of some tired spaces. We transformed areas that were under-utilised to create fully functional spaces for this family of 5.
On the ground Level, we combined a living space with the existing kitchen, pantry & laundry space to create a new open plan kitchen with large island seating, a hidden butlers pantry and new wine cellar. We also took some previous unused space near the entry to create a full functioning laundry / mudroom.
Upstairs we incorporated half of the walk in wardrobe space to create a larger, master ensuite with double vanities and renovated the Main bathroom incorporating double vanities and ample storage for the family's 3 teen children.
