Meadows Heights
This gorgeous kitchen belongs to Frank Iaria owner and head designer of Mint Kitchen Group Moonee Ponds and Burnley. It takes full advantage of the generous floor space, where a monochrome palette was used to showcase the granite benchtops and woodgrain details.
The stunning granite benchtop envelopes the L-shaped island bench and is the eye-catcher in this room. The contrasting tones of grey wash throughout the granite, in striking contrast to the sharp, white cabinets and bold cabinetry handles. Silver accents are the perfect accessory and create a sophisticated style.
There is plenty of storage in this kitchen, with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry and lots of drawer space for easy access. The functional aspects don’t stop there; large scale grey floor tiles are a practical option for floor preparation areas and blend beautifully with the ash tones of the adjoining timber floors.
The timber design selected for the exterior of the island bench features a strong horizontal woodgrain and creates a sense of warmth, which complements the crisp whites and greys used throughout the kitchen.
