Downsizing from the family home, our clients purchased this townhouse, with the view to update the interior to the clean modern style they love.

A sense of flow was created throughout the kitchen, laundry, ensuite and powder rooms. A minimalist theme was adopted for the design, so the homeowners could display their much loved art collection. Similar stone & tile styles were used, along with black accent features as the connecting element.

Clever design ideas were incorporated into the ensuite, by removing a broom cupboard from the laundry behind, to open up the space for a luxurious oversized walk in shower which is just adored by the couple. The continuous tiling which runs along the floor, also acts as a feature behind the shower highlighting the large niche.
