Tom's ideas
Open plan, smaller house but very compact. Shape given by relationship to courtyard and carport/garage.
General recommendation is drawers below benches.
A lot to like in this. Note the cost of concrete reduced by swapping to timber and glass.
Compact, clean design. Prefer to have the breakfast bar at a different level to the sink, to avoid splashes. Pantry is good.
Pantry, coffee making place. Don't like the extra table extension. Otherwise a compact kitchen.
Clean and simple. Good lighting
Compact. Prefer to swap stove and sink so preparation follows a flow from fridge to serving.
Raised bar preventing splashes from the sink. Mixed colour schemes.
Toilet behind a partition door. Deep well in the shower.
Great open room, with large eaves to keep out the summer sun. Integrated with outside patio.
A good pantry with a lot of space.
L shape kitchen seems to provide some answers. Move fridge to the other end of the kitchen, lengthen the bench past the cooktop to take up some of the space the fridge took.
L shape makes it a bit more compact. Light colour.
The wood grained cabinet
Garden outlook
Integrated sinks.
Light colour, adequate space. Toilet behind a door.
Compact kitchen with good working spaces.
Again, the pull out hampers tidy this room up a lot.
