Children aren’t children for long, so why not give them a bedroom that makes them smile when they look back on it later in life? As these bedrooms for kids of all ages show, it doesn’t have to cost a lot to turn a plain room into something truly special. We begin with nurseries, graduate to rooms for toddlers and tweens, and move into the teen years – and reveal some of our favourite finds on Houzz. All wonderful, and all in different ways.

Thanks @lisagwynne We've made that change.
Attached are photos from 2 children's bedrooms I've done for a client....clever ways to use paint as feature - the black and white stripes in the boys room and the mint green triangle in the corner of the girls room. Also wallboards for all their treasures - as a whole wall for the boy and a desk splashback for the girl. So important for kids to have space to display their certificates and artwork.
