3 appears to be such clever use of a small space with a delightful result, whilst 12 brings old world charm to play and I imagine upgrading an older version perfectly and 16 is the sleek and practical option though without loss of warmth and personality. All three of my choices are on a less grandiose scale that seems to be hitting modern design of late and are practical functional yet pleasing to the eye and senses and so are my favourites.

Many nice and inspiring ideas! I'm not so sure about how black taps will be looking after a few months or even years! No. 28 might be a disappointment, because the over head window will fog up with warm water in the bath tub (own experience :-))
