Helen's ideas
Offset dining as an extension of the island, we would add a separate console table to attach to the dining table area to extend seating only when required. Like how line of sight through the kitchen from kitchen door to garden is uninterrupted by offsetting table, so the dining chair does not encroach into galley way.
frameless glass
Brick exterior, with hidden sloping roof.
overhang... bit deep for us, although it explains what we are trying to achieve with the end of the house
Lovely sliding doors since they have minimal frame
We love that the windows go right up to the ceiling, giving even more impression of height and space
Kichen no gap above cupbaords and similar layout to us, just ww would lower dining section of island
Sunken seating wow
Party wall solution? It looks designed as well as maybe meaning that we don't need to build a whole new wall?
Did they do the beam to save building a full new wall. Love the lighting idea down the brick
Built in wall above cupboards
Love that the windows go right to the ceiling, giving more of the height and space accentuation
This is probably not anything to do with what we will end up with, but gives you a sense of what makes us go wow!!
Island table
Love the interior brick wall
