We had just completed a full renovation of the house and needed to update the kitchen.

Starting point
The joinery remained as is. We refinished all the handles, added feature wallpaper to the wall and replaced the splashback with a beautiful glazed-porcelain tile.

Key design aspects
Colour palette: Existing colours plus pale green.
Key changes: While the joinery was left as is, we had the entire floor sanded and re-stained.

Key pieces of furniture/fittings: The wallpaper is from Jim Thompson available through Milgate. The cabinet handles were existing and we had them re-finished in black. The pendant light is from Space Furniture and the splashback tiles are from Tiento Tiles.
