We admit, we are having a major crazy paving moment here at Houzz… especially since we’ve been seeing this entrancing hard flooring show up indoors in some of the most fashion-forward homes. Of course, crazy paving – the laying of irregularly shaped stone in a haphazard manner, with or without mortar – goes back to Roman times, so it has historical form, but we love the creative ways it’s being employed in modern times.
