Townhouse kitchen/dining
One size doesn’t fit all with power points I always ask clients if a toaster or a coffee maker will permanently live on their countertop. If so, I add a power point in the wall behind that appliance as it will always be plugged in. In these cases, wall-mounted power points are better suited than strips beneath wall-hung cupboards, because electrical cords will be visible as they dangle from the power points above.
Hide strips of power points below wall-hung cupboards One option to achieve an uninterrupted backsplash is to install a strip of power points in under-cabinet moulding. When done well, if you bend down you’ll see the sockets, though at eye height they can be perfectly hidden if you recess them beneath your wall-hung cupboards or create an overhang with your cupboard doors.
Similar-ish to the one I don't like, but I like this a bit better. Could it be the warmth of wood, the bay window? Some greenery and warmth has lifted it for me?
I LIKE the scheme and VJ panelling to visually separate the rooms. Stylish!
YES. Would love a 'docking drawer' in the kitchen island bench
Love the simplicity and the natural textures
quite like the simple use of white and timber
Tea towel and dishwashing detergent storage drawer
Not a bad system for dealing with storage containers
Like the bin organisation
Would love a charging station out of sight
Definitely need an appliance storage area
Interesting. Servery and front door rather than wide bi-folds?
Like the copper lights
Don't mind a bit of green. May make up for the lack of garden?
Love this palette - could work? Or would there not be enough light in the townhouse?
Love the style/colour choices - and the fireplace
Kitchen must have - want a space that incorporates cups, tea, coffee, milk, sink, all within easy reach of each other.
Love this for bathroom
?
This is bright and light. If I go with storage drawers, I think these would be the desired look. The open shelving also adds interest without 'cluttering' the space.
Like the placement (and the style) of the dining chairs. One option is a bench only on one wall, and chairs going down the rest of the way as pictured here. This works, even with lack of light, the wall pictures help with interest
This would be better than the drawers idea!
Like the colours and appliances but think I’d get sick of it eventually
Kinda like it...?
Love the clean lines and space saving ideas
Like the end bench. Again, not sure if possible due to space constraints.?
Instead of pocket doors (expensive?) could do this style?
